Lists and Lists

Sooo... I know, I've been MIA lately. Well, because I've been working so hard on my house, I've been zoning out all other form of communication, writing, or anything else. So, today, I'm going to make a list of  everything that I need to do. Around my house. And possibly tomorrow, I'll share some pictures. If I remember. Also. I am broke. Totally and completely broke.

This is a print that I got in Italy in my recent trip, and it's become the inspiration behind my living room... the blues, whites, browns, and highlights of red.

So now... for the moment you've all been waiting for... The List. Oh, and there may be a few things on here that you don't remember from pictures... I'll add some update pictures tomorrow! :)

Office/Spare Room:
-Find something to cover the top of the mirrors.
-Small bookshelf/side table to hold more books
-Boxes for organizing closet

-Finish closet organization

Master Bedroom/New Spare Room:
- Find a bed frame
-Paint/ Decorate

Living Room:
- Side Tables
-Art or mirrors behind couch
-Get carpets cleaned

-Counter tops
-Paint Cabinets
-Kitchen table
-Recessed lighting
-Tile backsplash
-New Appliances?

The kitchen is going to be the biggest thing. It's a complete mess right now... Gah. And with no money, it's going to be a little while before I can do anything. Any tips or tricks that you can share?? Please share! I will be compiling all of the ones I get into a post!

Hey lady! First off you're way too sweet! It's funny that you think I have these long legs because I'm 5'1 if I really stretch! Seriously though, I think its from dancing. Squats and all that jazz make you bulk up but dancing creates long lean muscle definition. And to answer you question on the braids, Yes I did them all myself. Super easy when you get the hang of it :) Hope you're having a wonderful weekend!

SO excited to see your pictures! I love that inspiration pic from Italy! Its great!! Um have you checked out local thrift stores? You can find some great stuff sometimes, or garage sales? its always great to talk people down in the price since your on a tight budget. I can relate to that! Have you heard of Dave Ramsey?? He has a book Total Money Makeover... its all about budgets and getting out of debt. Its really great!
